The Highland Singers is a local community choir in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia, formed in 1988 by a group of friends wishing to sing Celtic songs.  Over the years it has evolved into a four part harmony choir singing popular and classic songs entertaining in local nursing homes and at community events such as Tulip Time in Bowral.

We hold at least two concerts a year raising funds for CAN ASSIST, a local charity assisting people affected by cancer.

Our conductor is John D’Arcy, AOM and accompanist Rhonda Langford, AOM  who both give their time voluntarily and have assisted the choir exceptionally with their respective talents.

We practice every week in Berrima and new members are always welcome.  An ability to read music is advantageous but not mandatory.
